VST Evaporator

Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD)

The VST (Vapor-Compression Evaporator) is an advanced evaporation system designed for the separation of liquids (such as water, acids, or other substances) while maintaining high energy efficiency. The technology is based on a vapor compression cycle, where the steam generated during the evaporation process is transferred to a closed loop, recovering the energy used to reheat additional liquids. In this way, the VST system allows for heat reuse and reduces the need for external heat input, leading to a significant reduction in energy consumption.

The Vapor-Compression technology enables optimal heat management in evaporation processes, especially in systems where high performance and energy efficiency are required, such as in the food, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries. The use of this technology allows for significant energy savings, while maintaining precision and operational capability under varying temperature and pressure conditions.
